Over the past two decades, I’ve helped organisations turn complex strategy into coherent narrative and structured systems – aligning teams, processes, and stories across global markets in ways that improve clarity, efficiency, and effectiveness.

I’ve led international content, creative, and strategy teams for organisations including Microsoft, WPP, Aon, Bayer, EY, Intel, and PwC, guiding narrative-led transformation and building the frameworks, governance models, and content structures that help ideas scale.

Whether as a journalist, marketer, consultant, or board-level leader, my focus has always been the same: understanding different perspectives and creating the shared clarity that helps organisations move forward with confidence.

Career Highlights

  • Independent Consultant – Advising B2B publishers, marketing agencies and technology firms on content strategy, messaging, AI-enabled workflows, and operational transformation. Most recently led a major digital overhaul for a suite of B2B tech publications, redefining their content systems and governance for the GenAI era.

    PwC – Defined global transformation messaging and governance frameworks uniting narratives across 130 countries; editorial lead on flagship global technology and GenAI thought leadership; developed case study structures and content standards used across the network.

    WPP / Group SJR – Led strategy and production teams delivering narrative frameworks for multinational clients including EY, Bayer, Pfizer, HSBC, and Intel; built the agency’s EMEA operation from two people to more than eighty; created editorial systems, workflows, and governance models enabling consistent multi-market delivery.

    Microsoft – Built editorial, workflow, and governance systems for MSN across 55 markets and 27 languages, supporting 300+ editors; contributed to CMS and DAM redesigns and global content operations that scaled to more than one billion monthly pageviews.

    Earlier career – Journalist, editor, and author with work recognised by the European Parliament Prize for Journalism and election as a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
