Content Strategy & Product Development

• Developed content planning, production & distribution systems/processes for MSN that led to the creation of a dedicated team that generates over 1bn pageviews a month
• Devised & developed custom editorial project management tool to coordinate a 24/7, globally-distributed editorial team producing nearly 400 pieces of content per week across 12 languages
• Devised & acted as key consultant on development of a Microsoft-wide image asset management system, driving savings of hundreds of thousands of dollars per year
