- Working for and with 50 MSN country portal teams across 26 languages
- Covering breaking news, regular features, evergreen content, special events and commercial/advertorial specials across every subject under the sun (especially News, Entertainment, Celebrity, Lifestyle, Tech & Gadgets, Cars, Travel and Sport)
- Managing the global editorial calendar
- Managing the global photo budget
- Managing a small but efficient team of editors
- Promoting best practice to and coordinating c.300 editors worldwide
- Presenting and evangelising to various teams at numerous internal conferences and events around the world (the US, the Netherlands, Greece, France, Korea, Japan, etc.)
